Well-maintained affordable condominium located very convenient location in Arvada. It is near the park, shopping center, school, and Highway 70. THE HOA COVERS ALL UTILITY SEWER, WATER, AND HEAT EXCEPT THE ELECTRICITY. THE HOA ALSO COVERS TRASH, SNOW REMOVAL, ROOF, AND All BUILDING MAINTAINCE AND REPAIR, . HOA JUST CHANGED THE NEW WATERLINE FOR THIS UNIT. The seller only spent around 50 dollars on electricity monthly. Of course, it also depends on the individual owner's usage. This is just for reference. The washer and Dryer are in the unit, But you can remove them at your desire, or the seller could remove them as well. And a little backyard ( HOA owns, but you can use it )provides a little privacy.
